EXCELL's 150S Selected by Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) for its Mixer Control System Application
EXCELL today announced that it's 150S DC Power Batch Weighing Controller has been selectedd by Taiwan Cement Corporation, one of top 10 cement companies in the world.
EXCELL's 150S is designed for a wide range of applications from batch measuring, dispatching, mixing engineering system development to simple weighing, and it greatly enhances the control accuracy and meets the equipment requirements of energy-saving..
"150S is a perfect fit for analyzing technology processes and control demands of concrete mixing station. On top of that, we have put lots of efforts on its development to meet the practical needs of various industries. So it is now more robust, durable and easier to use, with the great environmental filter for better performance ,”said Jeff Y. CHIEN, Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at EXCELL.
150S is of DC12V~24V power supply design, with built-in full duplex RS-232C or RS-485 serial interface. The built-in MODBUS RTU format can be easily connected with any Human Machine Interface (HMI) and PLC. All function setups and calibration can be done through the keyboard or RS232/RS485 Modbus RTU. It is designed for wide applications for selections of batching control systems, such as single or multiple materials auto portioning, mixing, discharging, batching, etc. Easy-to-use with PLC, HMI or connection with computer.
