Forty-five years ago, Mr. Lo, a young man with a strong background in research and development, decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey by founding EXCELL, a company dedicated to producing exact electronic scales. At that time, the market was skeptical towards electronic scales, with most people still relying on traditional spring scales, as they could be easily "adjusted" to favor specific outcomes.
