In light of recent trademark infringement incidents, EXCELL PRECISION CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as EXCELL) has decided to terminate the exclusive agency rights of GUERSA OPERACIONES Y SERVICIOS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as GUERSA), effective as of September 25, 2024.  EXCELL extends its sincere gratitude to GUERSA for its years of effort in promoting and selling EXCELL products in the Peruvian market.

Reason for Termination

Recently, EXCELL discovered that GUERSA, without prior consent from EXCELL, registered counterfeit trademarks of the “EXCELL” and “e-Accüra” brands in Peru. This unethical action has seriously damaged EXCELL’s trust in GUERSA and harmed other legitimate distributors selling "e-Accüra" products. We take this matter very seriously and have initiated legal action, requesting that GUERSA revoke the counterfeit trademark registrations. We are currently awaiting the decision from the Peruvian patent authorities (INDECOPI) and do not rule out pursuing further legal measures to ensure the protection of the rights of all legitimate consumers.

EXCELL has a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeiting and piracy. Any actions that infringe upon our brand will be handled with the utmost seriousness, as we are committed to protecting the rights of all legitimate consumers.
