EXCELL annouced receiving the『Excellence Award』in the 2017 Smart Machinery Product Contest conducted by Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The products awarded are『EXCELL Weighing Data Management System』 and 『IP68 Wireless Charging Waterproof Weighing Scales』. Those two innovative products, in connection with industrial automation, big data management, and sanitation safety, are benefiting customers by increasing work efficiency while decreasing cost for food and pharmaceutical industries
The Smart Machinery Product Contest is to find the most innovative products that incorporate with IoT (Internet of Things) and Industry 4.0 technologies. The products in contest are scrutinized by a committee formed by industrial experts, professionals and institute professors. "EXCELL products appear simple but effectively solve industry's complex problems,”said Yao-Jen Fan, Project Manager of Precision Machinery R&D Center.
EXCELL Weighing Data Management System incorporate with IoT (Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Big Data technologies. Just by connecting EXCELL TM to any scale platform, weighing data can be transmitted to smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC all through wireless, and can be stored in the cloud or database for further analysis.
"While most weighing data management in the factory still rely on manual operation, EXCELL Weighing Data anagment System (WDMS) can easily achieve factory automation and streamline manpower, helping the customers to reduce human errors, increase work efficiency, and customize automated weighing management system according to factory SOP. By using EXCELL WDMS, the administrator can remotely manage and monitor all data, conduct big data analysis for daily operation and management policy and decision-making basis," said Jeff Chien, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EXCELL.
